Footage reveals the second California Freeway Patrol personnel noticed and rescued a person clinging to a cliff above Baker Seashore in San Francisco, California. In line with San Francisco Hearth Division officers, a 911 name was acquired for an individual caught and yelling for assist. The person was not injured and refused any medical consideration on the scene, officers stated.
