A 21-year-old engineering scholar was on Saturday arrested for allegedly recording movies of ladies college students contained in the washroom of the faculty close to Bengaluru. The scholars on the ACS School of Engineering in Kumbalgodu alleged the accused used to file movies on his cell phone and circulated them on social media.
